Jim was selected as the Chief Strategy Officer and will be responsible for leading strategic pursuits and shaping Geo Owl’s capabilities for the future.
Jim has many proven successes in winning and operating large scale intelligence contracts. He is a unique leader with in-depth knowledge of the people and technology that will continue to fuel industry.
Jim holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Campbell University and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. He has over 17 years of experience performing intelligence, imagery, and systems analysis to identify deficiencies and propose solutions to C4I, doctrine, operations, and training. Additionally, he has extensive experience in GIS development and sustainment, project and resource management, and development and implementation of successful new GIS initiatives. Jim has a deep knowledge and understanding of geospatial science and technology and will successfully lead these services for Geo Owl.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
